Niagara Falls City Hall HVAC Retrofit
The Niagara Falls City Hall HVAC Retrofit project is our best example of being able to execute the full contract outlined in RFP 14-280. Keith’s Plumbing and Heating was responsible for: structural modifications, removal and replacement of ceiling grids in office spaces, electrical modifications, and a full HVAC replacement. The whole scope of work was done without interrupting working ability of Niagara Falls City Hall employees. The scope of work on the mechanical side included; the demolition and replacement of the hot water heating boilers, the demolition and installation of a new AHU in a doghouse on the roof, the demolition and replacement of two chillers and cooling towers, the installation of new VAVs and control valves for zoning, and the demolition and replacement of the full controls system.
