Repiped domestic hot and cold water in 220 unit condo. Replaced booster pump package with new VFD driven pumps and added mixing valves to the domestic hot water.

Complete HVAC retrofit consisting of 100 fan coils, 2 air handling units, 2 boilers, air cooled chiller, pumps & heat exchanger system, humidification, completely new hydronic chilled water, hot water piping system, a DX data room cooling system and new sprinkler system for fire protection. General work consisting of all new ceilings, custom cabinetry and construction of new data room.

Replaced 5 air handlers, upgraded BAS system, replaced boiler and pumps
Marsan Foods – Toronto
Replaced two compressors and one dryer and installed new receiver tank
