Two Sisters Winery
The Two Sisters Winery project was a new showpiece winery for the owner of Solmar Developments.
The project was initially over budget but with KP&H’s mechanical knowledge we helped get the mechanical number down to where they required (cutting off 200K in value), all while meeting the mechanical intent of Hallex Engineerings design. KP&H’s scope of work included: all underground plumbing, interior plumbing, HVAC system, chiller system for the wine manufacturing, and kitchen exhaust systems. Keith’s kept the pace of the project by meeting timelines given by the General Contractor. There were extensive changes to the contract and scope of work by the owner that KP&H priced quickly and completed to changes as soon as possible.
